Gary is an accomplished attorney with nineteen years of civil litigation experience. His practice is currently focused on insurance defense, including bodily injury defense, construction defect litigation, SIU, premises liability, employment law, medical malpractice, and healthcare defense. Additionally, Gary has delved into the energy and transmission sector, providing representation for transmission interconnection matters. Gary has a proven ability to handle cases in an effective and efficient manner. While he has achieved many beneficial settlements for his clients, he has also conducted numerous trials in state and federal courts.
Gary graduated from Michigan State University in 1996, with a B.A. in Political Economics. He then obtained his Law Degree in 1999 from the University of Utah College of Law, where he was a Traynor Moot Court Champion, Region XI Moot Court Champion and William H. Leary Scholar. Gary is also actively involved in his community. He is a member and past president of the Board of Trustees for DDI Vantage, a non-profit entity that provides early intervention services for disabled children.
