Jasmine Guadalupe is an associate at the Paramus office of Resnick & Louis P.C. Jasmine handles a variety of general liability matters with a strong focus on premises liability, construction accidents, and motor vehicle accidents. Jasmine has over 8 years of experience, including trial experience, and has litigated many types of general liability cases, including routine negligence cases, civil rights cases, breach of contract claims and employment litigation. She has also litigated consumer defense cases.
Jasmine employs a big picture approach to her work. She begins with the desired outcome and creates a strategy to achieve that objective. She prepares for trial on day one to identify any leverage in the case that can be used to resolve the matter as quickly and cost efficiently as possible.
Jasmine received her Juris Doctorate from Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law in 2014. She earned a Bachelor of Science from John Jay College of Criminal Justice in 2007. Jasmine is admitted to practice in New York State and Federal Courts and in New Jersey and Florida States.
