Micheline Gros-Jean is an Associate at the Miami office of Resnick & Louis, P.C. and focuses on insurance defense and property damage matters. She provides defense representation to both insurance companies and their insured policy holders in insurance coverage disputes and personal liability claims from start to finish in order to achieve the best results for her clients. Prior to joining the firm, she assisted in handling matters related to General Liability, Products Liability, Construction Defect claims, and the prosecution and defense of declaratory judgment actions involving insurance coverage disputes and extra-contractual claims.
Micheline earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from Florida International University. She then went on to earn her Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law, where she graduated in the top 33 percent of her class. During law school, Micheline served as the Subscriptions Editor of the ILSA Journal of International and Comparative Law. She also served as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Dave Brannon in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
Micheline is fluent in Haitian Creole and is licensed to practice law in the state of Florida.
