Kelly Griffin-Fromm is a Partner in the Tarrytown, New York and Paramus, New Jersey offices of Resnick & Louis, P.C. and has extensive litigation experience in insurance coverage, breach of contract, construction, products-liability and general civil litigation. Kelly’s experience includes the analysis, investigation and litigation of complex commercial matters. She routinely appears before mediators and arbitrators and has successfully resolved numerous civil actions.
Prior to law school, Kelly was an NCAA Division II athlete, attending college on scholarships jointly for basketball and academics. Kelly went on to attend law school where she was the Business Editor for the Fordham Intellectual Property, Media & Entertainment Law Journal as well as the President of Habitat for Humanity.
Kelly is an ardent sports enthusiast and a competitive volleyball player, playing in two weekly leagues. She also enjoys kayaking, mountain biking and camping along with cheering for her New York Mets and spending time with her two daughters.
Kelly is admitted to practice before the courts of the states of New York and New Jersey, the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey. She has also argued appeals in the First and Second Departments of the Supreme Court of the State of New York.
