Edmon S. Garibyan is an Associate in the Denver office of Resnick & Louis, P.C. where his practice areas include civil litigation, insurance coverage and bad faith, construction defect, general liability and employment disputes. Ed’s experience ranges from working at the City of Aurora where he enforced city ordinances, zoning and land use, and tax and licensing regulations, to a successful attorney at another Denver firm practicing commercial litigation, contract disputes, landlord and tenant matters, collections, foreclosures, replevins, construction defect, and mechanics lien litigation. Ed understands that representation by an attorney with passion, ability, and a willingness to take difficult battles to trial is the most effective way to reach his goals.
A competitor by nature, Ed participates as a Scoring Judge for the Douglas County High School Mock Trial Tournament, CU-DU Hogan Lovells Cup Mock Trial Tournament, and The Summit Cup DU Mock Trial Tournament.
Ed attended the University of Colorado - Boulder where he obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and traveled nationally to compete in Model United Nations conferences. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where he also competed on mock trial teams, participated in DU/CU tournaments, and received the Westminster Law Library Certificate in Legal Research.
Ed is licensed to practice law in the state of Colorado, and U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado.
