Margaret G. Foley is a civil litigation attorney in Las Vegas, Nevada. Her practice is focused on general liability, professional liability claims (attorneys, accountants, real estate brokers, healthcare providers and other licensed professionals), employment, insurance coverage and bad faith, and appeals, with an emphasis in federal court practice. Ms. Foley has extensive healthcare experience, and successfully handled a case involving nurse anesthetists in a medical mass tort case that resulted in criminal charges for the nurses’ superior, a doctor. She holds a Martindale-Hubble AV Preeminent Rating and was named a Super Lawyer Mountain States Rising Star in the area of government, municipalities and cities in 2011. She is licensed to practice in Nevada, California, and New York.
Ms. Foley received her B.A. from U.C. Berkeley and her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School. She served as a law clerk to Circuit Judge Johnnie B. Rawlinson on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and to Justice Miriam Shearing on the Nevada Supreme Court. She has tried cases in the Clark County, Nevada courts in torts and business matters, with successful outcomes for her clients.
