Ross S. Felsher is a Partner at the Tampa office of Resnick & Louis, P.C., where he focuses his practice on civil litigation. Ross has experience in first- and third-party insurance litigation; general, premises, and products liability litigation; transportation and commercial trucking litigation; real property, and creditors’ rights litigation.
Originally from Kyiv, Ukraine, Ross moved to the Tampa Bay area in 1994. Ross graduated from Eckerd College with a degree in Economics. He then attended Stetson University College of Law, where he obtained his J.D., and Stetson University, where he obtained his MBA. Ross enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, learning new languages, as well as photography, and working at his micro-farm with his wife.
Ross is licensed to practice law in the state of Florida, District Court for the Middle District of Florida, District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and District Court for the Northern District of Florida.
