Brenda A. Emerson is an Associate Attorney in the Miami office of Resnick & Louis, P.C. Prior to joining Resnick & Louis, P.C., Brenda worked for the largest defense firm in the State of Florida, defending workers’ compensation cases where she gained experience litigating matters in front of the Division of Administrative Hearings. Brenda also gained experience working as in-house counsel for a large insurance company defending personal injury protection cases.
Brenda received her Bachelor of Criminal Justice from St. Thomas University on a full-ride scholarship for Softball and Cross Country. She then attended St. Thomas University School of Law where she graduated Cum Laude.
Brenda is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida and is admitted as a member in the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida.
