Samuel Eisenstein is an Associate at the Orlando office Resnick & Louis, P.C. and primarily focuses his practice on insurance defense and construction defect. Prior to joining Resnick & Louis, Samuel worked as a coverage attorney, where he was highly successful in covering criminal hearings and civil dispositive hearings for major corporations. Samuel was also previously an Assistant State Attorney at the Office of the State Attorney, Fifth Judicial Circuit. Here, he represented the State in approximately 500 court proceedings, developed detailed litigation strategies for cases scheduled for trial, and provided counsel to local investigators and law enforcement. From this experience and others, Samuel has come to believe that in litigation, attention to detail and nuance are central to successful outcomes.
In addition to his extensive legal experience, Samuel served in the Israeli Defense Forces. Samuel completed his Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Towson University and received his Juris Doctor from Barry University School of Law.
Samuel is licensed to practice law in the state of Florida.
