Mike Early is a Partner in the Ontario office of Resnick & Louis, PC and has extensive litigation experience handling the investigation and litigation of complex employment law matters involving wrongful termination, employment discrimination, sexual harassment, whistleblower matters, and retaliation in both State and Federal Court. Additionally, Mike has handled medical malpractice and healthcare defense matters, with 6 years of experience defending podiatrists in California prior to joining Department of Justice in 2005.
Mr. Early has represented both private and public sector clients regarding the California Fair Employment and Housing Act, Title VII, The Americans with Disabilities Act, Section 1983 claims, and California Labor Code violation matters. Mr. Early has performed confidential investigations for the California Department of Justice. Mr. Early also has several years of experience practicing medical malpractice defense of podiatrists throughout California earlier in his career.
Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Early was most recently practicing as a Deputy Attorney General V for the California Department of Justice in the San Diego office for 15 years.
