Emily K. Dotson is a Partner in the Phoenix office of Resnick & Louis, P.C.. Her practice is primarily focused on multi-party complex civil litigation in the areas of insurance law, personal injury litigation, professional liability, first party property and coverage, bad faith defense, automobile liability, surety, bodily injury defense, construction law, construction defect, real estate, and general civil litigation. Additionally, Emily has qualifications in Federal Certified Class Actions, State actions, owner/operator payment disputes and FMCSR violations.
Emily handles most aspects of law related to transportation and trucking, including representing companies in personal injury and wrongful death cases, as well as assisting trucking companies, motor vehicle companies, motor vehicle dealerships and farm implement dealerships in a variety of areas including corporate, commercial, and tort matters. She has served as counsel and provided representation related to government investigations, enforcement matters, and environmental matters regarding due diligence.
She also advises insurance companies related to a variety of insurance coverage matters as well as first-party property defense, and SIU cases. Additionally, Emily also represents corporate clients in business transactions such as insurance procurement, real estate transactions, and corporate law.
