Marie’s practice is focused on the defense of professional liability claims (attorneys, accountants, real estate brokers, healthcare providers and other licensed professionals), defending cases involving catastrophic injuries in general liability tort matters, and commercial and corporate litigation in both state and federal courts. Marie handles all aspects of litigation, from inception through trial, including arbitrations, mediations, and drafting and arguing motions for summary judgment and other law and motion matters. She also has experience in third party claims, products liability, trucking and transportation, and personal injury.
Marie is also a published author and a presenter on professional liability and ethics matter for insurance carrier clients and businesses.
In her spare time, Marie enjoys spending time in her home state of Montana, playing golf, tennis and beach volleyball, watercolor and trying new recipes in the kitchen.
