Roland R. Clark is Of Counsel at the Sarasota office of Resnick & Louis, P.C. where the majority of his case load involves premises liability, products liability, and auto negligence cases. He also has a background in handling contract review for major casino's, workers compensation, steel mill explosions, fire liability, and negligent security. Roland has experience with first party appraisal of claims. Additionally, he has knowledge of first party property and windshield claims, as well as litigating and handling the assignment of benefit claims. He has practiced at the state, federal, appellate, administrative and supreme court level.
Roland received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Valparaiso University. He attended law school at Valparaiso University where he received his Juris Doctor. After law school, Roland worked in international business, the medical industry, and the gaming industry. He joined Knight, Hoppe, Kurnik & Knight, LLC., as an Associate Attorney in March, 2002 and was with that firm until 2019, which is when he moved to Florida.
Roland is licensed to practice law in the states of Florida and Indiana, and in the Northern and Southern Districts Federal Indiana Courts.
