Kenneth (“Kenny”) Ching is an experienced trial attorney, practicing out of Reno, Nevada. Mr. Ching’s practice focuses on litigating and trying liability, business, and employment cases. Mr. Ching is licensed to practice law in Nevada and is a member of the Nevada and Washoe County Bar Associations. He is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for Nevada. He has successfully represented insurance companies, hotel-casinos, transportation entities, businesses and partnerships, as well as individuals since 2006. He has been named to Nevada’s Legal Elite five times. Mr. Ching uses his knowledge of litigation in Nevada to efficiently achieve his clients’ objectives.

Mr. Ching also provides general counsel on employment law issues such as the Americans with Disabilities Act, Title VII, the Family Medical Leave Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, worker’s compensation, drug testing, safety issues, wage and hour law, harassment and discrimination investigations, terminations, and employee manuals and policies.

Mr. Ching is a nationally recognized legal scholar and has published many articles on the topic of contracts.

Mr. Ching was born in Reno in 1978. He attended Elmcrest Elementary School, Billinghurst Middle School, and Reno High School. He received his B.A. in Journalism from University of Nevada, Reno in 2001 and his J.D. from Duke University School of Law in 2006. Outside of work, He spends time with his wife and three children. He is a writer and guitar player, and he is also a member of a local church.
