Joshua M. Bryan is a Partner in the Sacramento office of Resnick & Louis, P.C. His practice consists primarily of representing insurers and insureds in first and third-party claims, including defense of high exposure and catastrophic claims in the areas of premises liability, auto accidents, product liability, public entity claims and subrogation.
Throughout his career, Josh has successfully resolved hundreds of pre-litigation and litigated matters. He has handled all phases of litigation including pre-litigation advice, discovery, all forms of ADR, dispositive motions, trials, and appeals.
Josh’s prior experience includes general liability and insurance defense litigation, insurance coverage, financial services litigation, employment litigation, and business litigation.
In his spare time, Josh enjoys collecting watches, producing electronic music, and NBA basketball.
Joshua is licensed to practice law in the state of California.
