Annie L. Blanc is an Associate in the Orlando office of Resnick & Louis, P.C., where she focuses her practice on complex litigation matters involving construction disputes, vehicle negligence, and premises liability. Prior to Joining Resnick & Louis, Ms. Blanc handled matters involving motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, and negligence securities cases. In addition, Ms. Blanc brings in years of experience in criminal law, dependency law, and probate matters. Annie assists with developing litigation strategies and executing them on numerous Florida windshield glass and assignment of benefit claims. Furthermore, she has extensive experience and knowledge handling appraisal in both first party property and glass litigation.
After earning her Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice at Florida Atlantic University, Ms. Blanc proudly received her Juris Doctor at Florida A&M University College of Law.
Ms. Blanc serves as the Secretary and Law Student Mentorship Co-Chair for the Paul C. Perkins Bar Association located in Orlando, Florida. Ms. Blanc is also a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., an organization whose principles rely on the concepts of Sisterhood, Scholarship, and Service.
Ms. Blanc is licensed to practice law in the state of Florida and is proficient in Haitian-Creole.
