Nacer was born in Laredo, Texas but spent much of his childhood in the cities of Sweetwater and Harlingen. He attended what is now the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley and Texas Tech University where he received his bachelor's and master's degrees, respectively. He continued his education at the University of Houston where he earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence. He was licensed in Texas in 2016.
He previously worked as an Electronics Technician aboard submarines in the United States Navy, for U.S. Customs in the Department of Homeland Security, and for a small insurance defense firm for several years before working as in-house counsel for Fred Loya Insurance Company. Throughout his career, he has handled a variety of cases including vehicular accidents, commercial trucking, construction defect, products liability, premises liability, insurance bad faith and uninsured/under-insured motorist claims.
Nacer is licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.
