Ruben Alcantara is a partner at the San Antonio office of Resnick & Louis, P.C. He has over 23 years of legal experience in representing individuals and business entities. He has served on numerous trials over his legal career. Most of his litigation experience has been in the area of insurance defense. Previously, he worked for several insurance companies in first and third party lawsuits in personal and commercial lines. He has represented insurance companies in their defense of fraudulent claims with their special investigation units. He has defended clients on matters involving personal injuries from automobile accidents, construction defect, bad faith, property, and premises liability cases.
Ruben earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, Teas. Subsequently, he attended law school at the Thurgood Marshall school of Law in Houston, Texas. He is a King Inn member of the international honors fraternity of the Phi Delta Phi chapter.
Ruben is married with daughters and grandchildren. He enjoys spending time and traveling with his family.
