Attorney Jonathan Allen successfully defended a homebuilder in a two-day trial involving a plaintiff who sustained a serious ankle injury on a construction site. The plaintiff, a painter, alleged the metal roof was installed prematurely and that fall protection measures were inadequate. With significant medical bills involving two surgeries, and a request to the jury to award close to $700K in damages, Jonathan presented a strong defense, leading to a complete defense verdict after just over an hour of jury deliberation.
